“I was here for the Louder Than Life Festival all weekend, I had no issues with checking in, checking out. The front host saw I was struggling trying to carry something in and help me all the way to my room. 10/10 experience”

“This might be up there as the absolute cleanest hotel I've stayed in! The staff were lovely and my only complaints was the A/C was a little bit loud at times and the bathroom was a bit small to sit on the toilet for me, but I'm 6'5" so this happens on occasions. Beyond that, the shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable and again, it was SO clean! ”

“When I checked in the lady that helped was very pleasant, informative and was ready to answer any questions I had. Housekeep was also very good, even changed my garbage throughout my stay was a good touch and a refill of soap bars. Breakfast staff was very nice in the morning and even offered to make the waffles for me which was sweet and kept the area super clean”
